The expedition motor catamaran Treasure of Galapagos invites you to the unparalleled Galapagos Islands. The comfortable catamaran will take you through the archipelago and also offers many opportunities to do unforgettable activities on the islands. The 10 crew members take care of your well-being and provide a relaxed atmosphere. With a length almost 37 meters, the first class ship offers stability, upscale amenities and an elegant design. The maximum of 16 passengers can relax in the spacious, bright cabins with their own balconies and also enjoy the trip on the partly covered sun deck or in the whirlpool. The bar/lounge and the dining room impress with a beautiful panoramic view, while the cozy lounge invites to nice conversations with other passengers.

AM: Arrival at San Cristobal Airport, transfer to the motor catamaran Treasure and meet and greet with the crew
PM: Visit to the Galapaguera of Colorado Hill and observe the Galapagos Giant Tortoise and species that are endemic to San Cristobal: Mockingbird Nesomimus melanotis, lava lizard and Chatham Leaf-toed Gecko. The beach is nesting area for marine turtles.
Meals: Lunch and dinner on board
AM: Visit to Gardner Bay, an important nesting area for sea turtles. The white sandy beach is perfect for relaxing and swimming. In the water you may observe even sharks. Three different finch species live here: lager-billed cactus finch, small-beaked ground finch and singing finch.
PM: Visit to Suarez Point where you can spot blue-footed boobies, albatrosses and Nazca boobies. There is a blow hole that spurts water high into the air.

AM: Visit to Post Office Bay and Baroness Lookout. Here you can find a barrel that was once used as a post box for the whaling ships. In the north of the island you can enjoy stunning views from the Baroness Lookout over the surrounding landscape, the coastline and the Palo Santo forest.
PM: Visit to Cormorant Point with the largest flamingo lagoon in the islands. Observe as well other shore species such as common stilts, white-cheeked pintail ducks, etc. Enjoy the two different beaches: the “green beach” and the “flour sand beach”

AM: Visit to Santa Fe island, which was formed as a result of a volcanic uplift and is inhabited by the endemic yellow-green Santa Fe iguana, Galapagos snake and rice rat. There are two main trails on the island, one that leads to a beach through a forest of tall Opuntia (prickly pear) trees and salt bushes; another that takes you into the highlands and culminates in a stunning cliff top viewpoint where Galapagos hawks can be sighted.
PM: Turtle Bay is a beautiful beach of fine white sand and nesting site for the black turtle. The clear water is excellent for snorkeling and swimming! Look out for Galapagos sea lions, marine iguanas or (seasonally) mating Pacific green turtles in the surf.

AM: El Chato is one of the reserves in the highlands of Santa Cruz that offers excellent opportunities for viewing wild tortoises in their natural habitat roaming through pastures in the agricul-tural zone and in the Tortoise Reserve. Descending through the agricultural zone into the Transition Zone where the Tortoise Reserve is located, the introduced vegetation of the farmlands is replaced by native vegetation. The pond at El Chato is surrounded by forest where short-eared owls, Darwin’s finches, Vermilion Flycatchers, Yellow Warblers, Galapagos Rails, and Paint-billed Crakes can be seen.
After this excursion, you will be transferred to the airport for your national flight to the continent.
