Cancellation conditions
- All cancellations must be done in written form.
- If a cancellation is received more than 121 days (peak season) prior to tour departure date a penalty of 25% of the total price will be retained as cancellation fee.
- If a cancellation is received more than 61 days (regular season) prior to tour departure date a penalty of 10% of the total price will be retained as cancellation fee.
- In the case of a cancellation received less than 60 days (peak season: 120 days) prior to the boat departure the full amount will be retained.
