Cancellation conditions

  • All cancellations must be done in written form.
  • If a cancellation is received more than 121 days before the start of the trip, 10% of the total price will be retained as a cancellation fee.
  • If the cancellation is made between 120 and 61 days before the start of the trip, 20% of the total price will be retained.
  • In the event of a cancellation less than 60 days before the ship’s departure, the full tour price will be retained.
